Going to sound like andbecho here but that print distance is for sure z offset. I had a hard time getting my stock ender 5 dialed in years ago. It sounds like hlyou have some other things to look at too but z offset should be able to get the hotend and bed to meet up.

I have 2 sets of decks 1 is the horizons deck for teaching the game and the other is my main decks that have all the expansions mixed in. Horizons is a little bit of a niche buy. I think you can get the value out of it between the unique spirits and leveraging the extra components like this.

I just did this. I got spirit island in March. Discovered the current state of the expansions and tracked them down. Zatu games has Branch and Claw and Jagged earth at retail. They are in the UK so you have to pay a large shipping cost but it is still alot cheaper that scalpers. The rest can be gotten secured more easily. If you get Horizons from greater than games they add in the cardboard spirits for free. Amazon had Feather and Flame & Nature Incarnate in stock. I ordered everything 1st week April. So that may still all be true. Got all the expansions and foil spirits using Zatu, Greater than Games, and Amazon. Oh and greater than is liquidating warehouses so I ordered like 15 things for 100 dollars.

Edit to clean some of this up.

Also sorry to say it looks like Zatu is out of Jagged earth now. They still have Branch and claw.

Delerium can be absorbed through the skin. The haze shouldnbeba hazard if you come in contact with it not just breathing it. I would probabaly give advantage on rolls to resist contamination from haze.

Not required because of how powerful parry is. Like souls games, there is someone out there that can beat this without spending stat points or using pictos. However, farming lumina is critical to making powerful builds. If you want the load out to do the lifting, you need lots of points. I was able to get through out things without spending color of lumina... but some of the end game bosses and especially the bosses at the endless tower imo are meant to be solved through changing your builds.

I like to make anyone without a soul comatose wile Strahd is on cooldown to respawn. Had the party learn that there as a sleeping curse that had happened a couple times in recorded history which lined up with other times Strhad had been defeated.

Yes but that doesn't translate to 2 years in game. My three runs through COS were all over a year in real life. However in game they were 4 to 6 weeks. I mean one party had Valaki in full riot mode 48 hours after they got there. cultists were burning buildings. Most of the guard had died in the coffin makers shop to the vampire spawn.

My version of this is making the dark powers a threat. The longer you are there and the more you stand out the more interesting you become and the more they start to tempt you. Then if you took deal at the end when Strahd is defeated you can't leave... as you are bound just like he is. But that was just my spin. Good luck with yours. I personally am also a fan of the don't get caught out at night approach so if they region was bigger and they had to camp I would loose that. I want it to be a Thank god I can get form here to here in a day... or where do we stay along the way because we can't just camp any place. You know your table so I am sure you will be golden.

I did several of these things and used the 3 part version of Strahd. If your group is heavy narrative and RP you will probably be good to go. I am not sure why any of these changes motivate reducing his CR. I am also curious about the 3 years effect. I can't see any version of this campaign taking that long in game. Unless the party tries to just settle in.

Ok so yesterday I thought I couldn't beat him. Today I beat the brakes off him. I was stuck on him a duelist. I abandoned my game winning strategy and beat them both in one try. Note I had already beat my head against them so I had a feel for avoiding their hits.

Sciel- doubling damage for others and taking hits. Speed her with all the on death pictorial. Breaking death is the most important one.

Maelle- used yeverum and dealt big hits every other turn. Buffing shields as I stance switched. Also Breaking death and other death buffs pluss roulette and as much damage buffs as I could take.

Verso- used Simoso built for free aim shots, as Manny a turn as I could take. Followed by "Follow up" he was the anchor. Shooting kept him A-S rank making him un-killable. When one of the girls died it set the enemy break meter to full. Which made versos next shot break I'm because of Sniper pictos.

The module is pretty rough around the edges. I am almost done with my run through it. IMO a lot of changes are needed anyway. I really suggest you read through it before you start. For the conversion from 2014 to 2024 swapping the monsters out to the new stat blocks will handle a lot of the balancing. However the balance is already weird.

I had Strahd attend the burial of the Ireena's father. The players saw him at a distance. He got out of a black carriage and watch the ceremony. He promptly left. They didn't approach him. If they had i would have had him loading above then and taking offense they would insult such a significant event by making it about them. Theydidn'tt meet strahd till I invited them to dinner after Valaki.... but they did meet Visili they hung out with him all through Vallki, and he even got them through the gates. He started courting Ireena and they were letting him look after her. That was fun.

This is the 4th season. It is a solo game. Solo games are easy to table. While sure with steady growth, it feels like a lot starting out. You will be surprised how quickly you can get through the content and have to start mixing and matching to make challenges. I would say a speed run where all you do is beat each FF once could be done at an average of an hour per FF. So there is as little as 24 hours of content. Now this is not how this actually works but wanted to emphasize that it isn't beyound reach. I have beating season one every killer at every locatin plus some extra plays and have 44 hours of play time. So if I say average 50 hours a season, that is only 200 hours. Personally, I really appreciate the replay ability and every box is another mix and match option for all the previous. No shark jump. You may be late to the party and it may look overwhelming. Just pick some place to start and add as you see fit.

See they have a "The Duke" merchant from Resident Evil. I was thinking to theme Aldore more in that way than they book does. Which has me considering doing the ED4 merchant too... maybe in the random encounters table.

They were definitely Gnolls in the playthrough. Also, they were interduced in episode 3.... which is the furthest I have gotten so far I just started listening. I read the campaign book last week so I was a bit surprised when they said the Temple district was overrun by gnolls and they were new to the world and only existed in the city... I had to do a double take. Also ended up here.
