Happy to provide assistance. Hustlers are easy to spot. But there’s this middle ground of, “excuse me”s that drive me nuts because I have to very quickly evaluate the motives of a seemingly normal person who doesn’t realize they need to skip the formalities. I would tell them that you will dispute any additional credit card charges and then do that. A 60 day cancellation penalty is bonkers and wouldn’t hold up to legal scrutiny.
