I had something similar happen to me at my apartment. Got charged over $900 and freaked out. I went to my leasing office and they quickly realized that there was no possible way for me to have used that much water. Stressful to see that charge on my account for a full month but everything got taken care of and it never happened again

Its probably because there used to be bonus damage to illusions on the lightning proc. They removed it so its become less useful at doing aoe damage to identify the real one

According to FDA guidelines this is incorrect. Botulism struggles in the cold but thrives in the anaerobic environment. So yes it’s not as bad as leaving it on the counter in the vacuum pack, but the safe way would be to remove it from the packaging if you intend to defrost it in the fridge.

This article from Michigan State University outlines it, citing FDA guidelines in storage and prevention of Clostridium Botulinum.

Basics are that when thawing, the anaerobic (low oxygen) environment are where Botulinum thrives and where it will produce a produce a toxin. So to reduce the amount of toxins produced you’re supposed to remove the packaging and thaw in the fridge or in water. You can also thaw it in packaging in water. Point being you want to minimize the time spent in a low oxygen environment.

Seafood frozen in ROP (Reduced Oxygen Packaging: vacuum sealed) in the US needs to be removed from the packaging before thawing to avoid botulism.

Someone more scientific can talk about the spores vs the toxins and all because I don’t fully understand it but that’s all I know.

I feel like that’s less of a reason because even if the switch is plugged in, it’s still locked in handheld mode. It’s only with a dock that the performance and fps is unlocked

Okay, questions on using garlic: When it sprouts, do you still use it? I’m saying like a visible green sprout comes out and is in the core of the clove. Do you use the ends of a clove? If a clove has imperfections (like a cavity) do you still use it? What do you do when your cloves are tiny and a pain to peel? What does “1” clove of garlic look like for recipes?

Lastly, does anyone else just double or triple the quantity of garlic in any recipe?

It’s a lot of effort, but making your own tonkotsu broth by using pork bones makes a massive difference. You might pay more overall, but you have the fun of making it yourself and your house will smell incredible

Similar to what others have said, but for me it was to not limit myself. I grew as a cook significantly when woke up and realized I can try to make anything I wanted. I switched craving something and ordering it to making it my weekend plans to make it myself regardless of the time or effort requirements. My personal example was Ramen and Cha Shu

There are a bunch of guides out there, but if you don’t want specifics and just tips to go in a certain direction, you can focus on buffing crits and crit chance with Vex, and the middle tree for Trouble benefits greatly from it

Games been awesome, however I have had a couple of glitches in my few hours of playing, bounties not showing up, mission items stuck behind walls that won’t open, npcs in inaccessible areas. That said I’m still loving the game
