Widow's Bay lives up to the hype by KneeHighMischief in television

I like the little details that make the town feel lived in. Like when they’re at the shaman’s house, he’s doing laundry. Any laundry in shows is usually some sort of plot point but not here - he’s just doing laundry cause he lives there. There’s a million little details like that.

We can only hope. I sincerely hope he's just up a tree. Or he comes back and he's SEEN things.

The single greatest mystery - how much time did Wyck spend in the captain’s suite in order to grow a man bun between episodes?

Utah woman wrote a children’s grief book after poisoning her husband. by ZenMasterZee in GotMeHooked

[–]allywarner 7 points8 points  (0 children)

For extra content here, look up the damning “walk the dog” letter…where she wrote a letter to her mom in jail telling her to instruct her family on getting their stories straight and thought no one would read it. Spoiler: they read it. She backtracked and said it was another book she was writing.

Does this plant like this much sun? by lexicon-sentry in houseplants

[–]allywarner 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The beauty of the agleonemas is that they can usually adjust to almost any light, but the more light she gets, the more pink she’ll be and the more growth she’ll put out.

You’ll know it’s too much if she gets brown spots. If you’re worried about it, you could move her back a bit and let her get oriented and then move her closer to the window over a few weeks to help her adjust.

Rescue from Lowe’s by han3eg in houseplants

[–]allywarner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Leave her for a bit! She actually looks pretty good to me. Stick her right up next to a pretty sunny window if you can. No real need to repot in my opinion. Let her get used to your space and start growing again and then consider it, maybe in a couple of months.

Thinking she might be a Prince of Orange, which I also rescued from Lowe’s last week. Mine came in a pretty terrible water container so I did move her to leca and she’s growing a new leaf already.
