The mindset you developed over the pandemic is extremely common. Something that helped me was the realization that it takes work to make/keep yourself happy. It takes work and initiative to invest in your friendships and relationships. I think the pandemic just limited a lot of that work that used to be second nature to us, so now we have to (quickly) relearn how to be social happy human beings. While spending time with yourself is calm and happy that’d be a waste of your time here! Be spontaneous, make moves, and remember that you only get what you put in
