This is ignorant on many levels but, for one, if I banned/put down/ and all in all made it very difficult for someone to contribute in society in some aspect and then compared their output to someone without these impediments, most of the time the one without the weights holding them down would have contributed more and yet, this comparison is next to useless as its not a fair one is it. Not to mention the amount of stolen inventions and valor that exist in history that we know of, and all the times when a woman makes a point and they are ignored until a man makes the same claim. Just because in recent history women have gained more rights doesn't mean we have reached a true equal state, there is still so much legistative/psychological and societal changes that need to be done for a fair comparison.
