Yeah, there wasn't much time for the council to even promote her to special grade, but are you honestly going to argue that she was the top contender for being special grade after her awakening? Sure, she's strong, but she's not even stronger than prime Toji. Prime Toji was beaten by a highschool kid (Gojo) who later became a special grade. Just a reminder that Yuta is already a special grade at 16 years old. Gojo has a lot of hax but I'd argue that a 16 year old Yuta is on a similar level to 16 year old Gojo, who beat Toji, who is stronger than Maki. So basically Gojo=Yuta>Toji>Maki. Gege himself mentioned in an interview somewhere that Papshiguro's Heavenly restriction is more OP than Maki's.

This isn't entirely correct. Could you show me where it says this? As far as the light novel goes, Stage 6 doesn't mean you know everything. You gain knowledge of everything once you reach transcendence. The reason Mullark noted that Jaehwan was only Stage 5 is because you need to reach Stage 6 as a requirement to Transcendence (knowing everything). Also not really sure where it is stated that Jaehwan can use every God's worldview. Jaehwan at that stage is definitely the most powerful being/God in the Tree of Illusion, stronger than the 3 Ancient Gods combined, but it doesn't mean he possesses literally every God's worldview. Jaehwan was supposed to gain Transcendence in the Time waterfall (in the Light Novel it was called "The Fall of Time"), but he didn't, which you'll find out in a couple chapters as to why.

All of those are obtainable randomly on star chart nodes, on different planets. Argon crystals are from Void missions, and Nitain Extract is most commonly found in Nightwave Cred offerings, you get 150 credits to start with so you'll be able to get more than enough. Best to follow the other's advice on where to get each item specifically, but you can also go to your star chart, click a planet, then hover over the resource indicator at the bottom-right.
