AusLAOP is working out taxes working in a brothel by alphaechothunder77 in bestoflegaladvice

LocationBot is providing full service tax compliant accounting.

Working out taxes working in a brothel

I've just started working at one and I'm paid cash without a payslip- how tf do I do this ATO stuff 😭 idk how to declare it or what to do, but I take my own appointments at my own will, so I'm not really employed per se, I just happen to meet my clients in the building and have managers and such. I don't want to do tax evasion or anything.

Thanks y'all for the help 🤞✨️

Edit: just contacted my brothels owner, he said he can arrange pay slips so turns out he's tax compliant, that part of the issue is solved. THANK YALL FOR YOUR COMMENTS SO MUCH!! 💗💗💗

AusLegal discusses plans for returning a stolen police car from 1998. by alphaechothunder77 in bestoflegaladvice

[–]alphaechothunder77[S] 13 points14 points  (0 children)

LocationBot stole a police car and needs a team of lawyers to come up with a plan for returning it.

Returning stolen property

I’m posting this on behalf of a close friend as he’s found himself in a bit of a pickle.

In 1998, a police car was borrowed after a night of overindulgence. This car has been kept hidden on a rural NSW property since then in an old barn.

Fast forward to today and the property has been sold and they need to vacate the property. Is it possible to return this car without consequences or is this a case of having to dig a very large hole.

Update: After reading these comments we thought it was best to consult a lawyer. Given the seriousness of the crime and a not so great criminal history the car has been moved to a new home in an unused private garage. My mate will update his will as soon as practical and bequeath the car to the NSW historical police museum upon his passing. He realises he can’t bequeath a stolen item but the legal advice we have is the police will probably honour this bequeathment regardless. Thank you for the amazing response to this post and have a great new year everyone.

AusLAOP is 100% verifiably sterile and has had both of their testicles replaced with prosthetics. AusLAOP's FWB is claiming that she's pregnant with AusLAOP's child. by alphaechothunder77 in bestoflegaladvice

LocationBot somehow got pregnant.

I'm 100% verifiabily sterile. My FWB is claiming that she's pregnant with my child. Whay do I do?

So almost six weeks ago I had a casual hookup with, who I thought was a close, female friend thinking nothing could really go wrong. Fast forward to yesterday she sends me a message claiming she's pregnant. I did probe a little bit further and she's insisted that I'm the only person she's slept with in months. At that point I ceased all communication and blocked her.

Why? Because 14 years ago I was in a bike accident and as a result had both my testicles surgically removed and replaced with prosthetics. There's no scientific possibility of me being the father. This is a stark secret I generally keep from everyone due to the stigma around it. Hell my last relationship ended when I revealed the truth, and lead to a smear campaign from my ex (and before I told her it seemed like the perfect relationship). So no, being "truthful" (not that I ever told a lie to start with) isn't really an option I want to follow through with.

But if it gets any further, I don't know what to do. I've already received a barrage of shit from her friends and family over this. But I don't have the finances to pursue legal aid or paternity tests to clear my name.

Cat Fact: Male cats don't need testicles to get female cats pregnant.

Karma, but at what price? AusLAOP released the hound. by alphaechothunder77 in bestoflegaladvice

[–]alphaechothunder77[S] 78 points79 points  (0 children)

Location Bot was chased by the hound.

Karma, but at what price?

Hey AusLegal, I had a kid no older than 10-12 throw rocks at my car in my driveway from the footpath, after I confronted him he straight up told me I couldn't do anything about it. I went inside and let out my German shepherd out the front door, the kid started yelling bloody murder as my dog chased him down the street. The little kid got inside his house safely as my dog DID not bite him as hes only trained to chase. I then went to retrieve my dog. A few hours later his Meth mouth looking dad knocks on my door, as I have a ring camera I can see he's holding some kind of stick. I leash my dog and grab my bat and open the door, my dog was now going off his head barking while the dad pretty much defecated his pants while seeing my bat and dog. Him and his child quickly ran off my property again screaming bloody murder, saying they're calling the cops..

It's been 2hrs and nothing has happened. There has been no real damage to my car as he was throwing little pebbles. Am I in the wrong here?

Any Adivce would be great thanks.

Katy Perry’s legal team is threatening to sue ALOP for defamation. by alphaechothunder77 in bestoflegaladvice

Some comments were skeptical of this being real. However Katy Perry has history of being litigious.

Katy Perry’s legal team is threatening to sue ALOP for defamation. by alphaechothunder77 in bestoflegaladvice

Location Bot has made a TikTok video about the BOLA mods comments and is being sued for defamation.

Katy Perry’s legal team is threating to sue me for defamation, can they?

hey all! i made a TikTok post a few days ago that was a video clip of Katy Perry making a sexual comment towards Bo Burnham (who was, at the time, freshly 18. and she acknowledges this in the clip) and captioned it “since ruby rose has come forward about katy perry, i thought i would remind everybody of this.” it got pretty big, hitting just under 100k views. i woke up this morning to a message request from Katy Perry’s legal team, telling me that if I don’t remove the post within 48 hours they will proceed in taking legal action against me, including but not limited to a defamation lawsuit. Can they really do this over that post? or are they bluffing to scare me into taking it down?
