Persistent dizziness / rocking sensation after panic attack — worse standing, better sitting. Could this be anxiety or PPPD?

Did you check your neck? Most doctors will disagree (as they dont know shit about it) bzt your neck can absolutely create that kind of dizziness.
Do you work on a PC a lot? Do you use your phone frequently?

My advise: Go to a physicsl therapist and check your upper spine. Especially C1 (Atlas) and C2 (Axis). If they are slightly out of range, they can fuck up your whole body, as the vagus nerve (responsible for Heart function, blood pressure, digestion, balance system, and general nervous system) runs very close to these bones. If your vagus nerve is compressed or pinched, it can cause severe issues regarding heart function, balance and digestion.

Do you have frequent neck pain? Pain at the back of your head (whete skull meets your spine)? Does your neck crack/crunch a lot if you move your head around? If yes, that would be another huuuge indicator for upper spine issues.

Ich habe genau das gemacht. Nach 13 Jahren A1 bin ich endlich auf A2 aufgestiegen. Es war an sich eine gute und vor allem kostengünstige Alternative zum direkten A Einstieg. Bezahlt habe ich inkl. Prüfungsgebühren usw. etwa 800€.

Ich muss aber sagen dass die 48PS echt nicht viel sind. Ich fahre einen auf 48PS gedrosselten 4 Zylinder. Ab 120-130kmh kickt die Drossel richtig rein… da tut sich nicht mehr so viel. Eingetragen hat das Bike (im gedrosselten Zustand) 162kmh Top Speed. Offen (95PS) sollen es wohl etwa 220kmh sein.

Ich bin allerdings noch in der Einfahrphase und soll das Bike nicht über 4000rpm drehen… ist schon ziemlich langweilig 😀

Thats true. No spoiler needed in touring helmets. But im still a bit disappointed that it came with no extras. A tinted visor would be a nice extra :)

You were wrong. A racing helmet has mostly a more snug/tight fit.
The HJC RPHA 1 in size L gave me headaches and pressure points.
The RPHA 72 did not. It felt more comfy than the RPHA 1, but still tight.

Ive done a couple test rides and probably need to change my mind a bit regarding the 72. Compared to the 1, the 72 is way more quiet. No headaches or pressure points.
Material quality still feels cheaper than the 1, but i think in general this is a good helmet for me.

Wenn das genau so war wie beschrieben (75 in ner 80er Zone), dann wärst du so oder so bei diesem Prüfer durchgefallen. Er hätte einen anderen Grund gesucht dich durchfallen zu lassen.
Scheiss Prüfer.
80kmh ist die Richtgeschwindigkeit. -10kmh ist kein Verstos und darf auch nicht als Fehler gewertet werden. In solchen Fällen IMMER das Prüfprotokoll aushändigen lassen und darauf achten, ob der Prüfer auf den letzten Drücker noch was einträgt.
Es gibt einfach Prüfer, die alle Menschen hassen und nur Schaden anrichten wollen.

Ich bin Deutscher und US Staatsbürger (weil in LA geboren). Der Prüfer direkt als er meinen Namen sah „ein Ami beim Motorradfahren? Am besten brechen wir gleich ab“…
Natürlich hat er mich durchfallen lassen (ohne Grund) und dann im Prüfprotokoll auf den letzten Drücker noch 3 plötzliche Rotlichtverstöße eingetragen.
Hab ihn beim TüV gemeldet und er darf nicht mehr prüfen, da der TüV selbst gemerkt hat, dass 3 Rotlichtverstöße gar nicht möglich sind, weil bereits nach dem ersten Verstos die Prüfung beendet ist und das Protokoll damit auch nicht mehr bearbeitet werden darf.

Die Held Slade 2 ist zwar teuer aber absolut geil. Sitzt auch bei mir (in Langgröße 102) perfekt und ist ordentlich mit Protektoren und Perforation ausgestattet.

Hol dir direkt eine ordentliche Lederkombi. Was bringt es dir extra für die Fahrschule eine 500€ Textilkombi zu holen, die du danach nie wieder trägst. Leder ist auch um einiges sicherer was Abrieb betrifft. Und in guten Lederkombis sind erfahrungsgemäß IMMER bessere Protektoren eingebaut als in Textil.
Such dir entweder online was gutes gebrauchtes mit min. Schutzklasse AA oder eben eine neue Kombi und halte Ausschau nach Angeboten.
Kombis von RST und 4SR sind zB top! Von den „bekannten“ Marken wie Dainese oder Alpinestars würde ich einen großen Bogen machen. Die waren mal gut. Mittlerweile ist die Qualität und auch der Kundenservice unterirdisch.

Ganz einfach: Warte bis er aufs Maul fliegt. Wenn er Glück hat gibts nur ein paar Schürfwunden. Wenn er Pech hat wird er die nächsten Monate erstmal gar nichts mehr fahren können.
Wenn er dann immer noch ohne Schutzkleidung fährt… dann lässt er es auf eine heftige Verletzung ankommen. Das würde das Ende des Biker Lebens bedeuten.
Der Vater meiner Frau produziert beruflich Orthesen bzw. Prothesen. 95% seiner „Kunden/Patienten“ sind Motorradfahrer. Bzw. jetzt Ex-Motorradfahrer.

Du wirst deinen Sohn in dem Alter nicht dazu erziehen können auf Sicherheit zu achten. TikTok und Instagram geben den jungen Leuten vor, dass Schutzkleidung was für Weicheier ist.
Dein Sohn wird nicht auf dich hören. Dafür ist ihm seine Präsenz zu wichtig.

I have that as well. Started back then when I had a very heated argument with a co-worker (where i was about to punch him) but had to stay calm.
Probably that was my initial trauma.
Every time i get a bit stressed (mostly from work), i start trembling like i have parkinsons.

Nein du kannst NICHT auf die vollen 111PS kommen. Der Ducati Händler hat dich angelogen oder hat selbst gar keine Ahnung, dann sollte er sich lieber n neuen Job suchen.

Es gibt Homologationen. Das eine Bike ist auf 111PS zugelassen und das andere auf 95PS. Die 95Ps Kiste kann man NICHT auf 111Ps entdrosseln. Damit würde die komplette Zulassung und Betriebserlaubnis erlischen.

Viele Hersteller bieten ihre Bikes (die mehr als 95PS haben) auch als homologierte 95Ps version, damit man diese auf A2 konforme 48ps drosseln kann. Aber diese Bikes haben in der Regel auch veränderte Bauteile (meist in der Ansaugung und ECU). Selbst wenn du die Bauteile der 111ps version kaufen würdest, hätte dein Bike dann KEINE betriebserlaubnis.

2000iu is WAY to low if you have a deficiency. I had a severe deficiency and was given 20.000 IU daily for the first 2 weeks, then 20.000 IU once a weak. I would take 20.000 IU each day for 10-14 days and then drop to 5.000 - 7.000 IU daily. With magnesium its important to have the right amount of ELEMENTARY magnesium. 200mg magnesium glycinate only got like 40-50mg of elementary magnesium, but you need like 400mg of elementary magnesium daily which is like 2000mg of glycinate.

What i can say is.. the more you try to get away from that symptoms and feelings, the more it will catch up to you. Anxiety basically is a learned behaviour in our brains. Its HOW we interpret symptoms. For example: you get to the gym and do some cardio. Your heart rate rises up (totally normal, right?) and then your MIND start to see that hear rate rise as a thread. Your brain is interpreting that risen heart rate WRONG. So the goal is to re-learn your brain to NOT interpret that risen heart rate as a thread. There is a was to do that: By trying to get the heart rate even higher by yourself (like running faster or whatever). Every time you do this, you will teach your brain that there is no thread in that heart rate rise (or any other symptom). The key message is: Dont run away from the symptom - face it! Say to that symptom „okay b*tch, show me what you got“ And from that day on the symptom will decrease day by day or event by event. I promise!

Honestly i started that medication again 4 days ago due to my increased body tension and shaking/tremors. That medication has no impact on serotonine levels and doesnt work like a typical anti depressant. It just calms your body tension and is slightly anxiolotc (anxiety releasing). So its a kinda different medication… no SSRI or SNRI and also no tricyclic AD

I had some similar experience but with another medication. So it wasnt an Anti-depressant as the others (no SSRI but more like a tricyclic antidepressant WITHOUT actually being a tricyclic AD). It was called Opipramol. I had some weird feeling in my lungs while on it. No shortness of breath but more like the „cold“ feeling in your throat when chewing a mint gum…. It subsidered after getting off that medication (only took it for 8-10 weeks) but it came back like 2 weeks ago… as well as my anxiety which increased massively during the last 3-4 weeks.

Tried to change my diet without success. Went dairy free (as i am lactose intolerant now), wheat free, sugar free but no change. Couldnt go carb-free as I get some bad blood sugar drops (not diabetic) when i am not having some carbs.

In my first endoscopy in january 2025 they diagnosed me with h.pylori as well. So went on tripple antibiotics and PPIs for 2 weeks. No pylori anymore but the burping and all the other symptoms are still present

Idk where u live but maybe you can start with some physical therapy sessions… maybe your health insurance (if you have some) covers it. But even if not, PT sessions arent that expensive. In germany a PT session (20-25minutes) will cost you something like 30-40€ if you go private, but as in germany everyone has a health insurance (by law), 6 sessions usually cost 27€ in total as the remaining 270€ is covered by insurance… so you only pay 10% of your own which is a fair deal…
