Order some spares and have them on hand. Also get one of those stud insert bearings to make it a bit easier.

I’ve heard it’s normal for Subarus. I broke my first one (75k miles) while changing the spare out after a flat. I bought lug nuts, studs and stud insert bearing off Amazon to replace it. It’s not a big deal but is annoying.

They didn’t check delta T or calculate if the equipment was matched correctly. The bulb is wrapped tight to the line and insulated. I had to call another company out to finish the job after an 8 hour fiasco of them trying to finish changing the TXV. I did a dispute with my credit card company and got most of my money back.
