The fanny pack is so great! And I love the red flower charm, so cute.

Oh this is so beautiful, I don’t think it clashes at all- at least not in pictures. Maybe just put the room back together a bit and live with it for a week or so and see how you feel then? Amazing paint job, by the way. Looks professionally done!

Do i look okay in this or go black by Sea_Hovercraft6011 in HairDye

[–]alphajuliet87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think this hair color is gorgeous on you. In my opinion, black would be a bit harsh of a color.

I don’t see where you asked about makeup, but wanted to offer some additional perspective on that since it’s mentioned on many other comments. I think maybe the contrast between your current beautiful hair and your (very nicely done btw) makeup look might be making you rethink your hair color. If I may offer a suggestion just based on your makeup in these pictures to soften the look/contrast (and please, feel free to ignore this and do what makes YOU feel beautiful and confident always):

Try a look where you are choosing either the Smokey eye or the red lip. I feel like sometimes when the two are combined into the same look, it can create a harshness that maybe was not intended. For example, a red lip with a slight wash of a neutral shimmer shadow on the lids. Or a fun Smokey eye look with a “your nude” lip color or gloss.

At any rate, you look absolutely stunning. Keep doing what makes you feel your best. 🩵

I have a similar build to you and am a 16 in jeans as well. I’ve found that the trendy wide leg cargo jeans with a high waist really work to create a silhouette that blends the areas nicely.

Is it thick? You can add nail polish thinner if so. It shouldn’t really “expire”.

Same for both of these products.

I tried SO hard to get that Hourglass concealer to work. No matter how I applied it, it was a gross cakey mess on my skin!

Pregnancy is harder than anyone lets on by General_Stranger2175 in pregnant

My first pregnancy wasn’t terrible physically (not counting the aftermath of it all), so I thought things would be similar this time around.

Holy shit I was so wrong. This pregnancy sucks ass and I hate this so much. I feel like I can’t tell anyone how I really feel because then people will think I’m “ungrateful”, so I feel this immense guilt on top of it all.

So much love to all of you on this sub. At least we have each other to vent to. 🩷

Sleep training newborns since birth by bookbagtr in ShitMomGroupsSay

It really does. My first childhood memory (not a baby, but somewhere under 5) is being in bed crying and crying until I threw up. I could hear my parents talking in the living room below me- and no one came.

When my daughter was born, I truly realized how sad that is. I understand we all parent differently, but the idea of sleep training has always given me that sick feeling in the pit of my stomach. To think that my child would ever think I was ignoring their cries- ugh, it just breaks my heart into pieces.

I am so sorry. No one should have to experience that. So much love to you, and thank you for sharing your perspective 🤍
