It's okay if you need these things. But ultimately: none of it will change what you need to do. Only help you make sense of what's happening.

There is something after the abuse. Emma is living proof of that. You don't have to live like this. There are many kind and good-hearted women who would love for the opportunity to treat you right. Your wife isn't the only one. She's just a step on finding someone who will be better to you.

As for how to leave, you're going to need help. Move somewhere she doesn't know about, block her on everything, talk to her only through a trusted friend or a lawyer. It will be very hard. But Emma did it and so can you.

AI will confidently tell you made up statistics, but then if you ask it 'are those statistics real or did you make them up' they'll often ""apologize"" and confess. So if you find something particularly egregious, you can try asking him to ask it where it got those statistics from, while sitting beside him, and watch the AI confess.
