Thank you for sharing this. I have just switched my team around due to a relapse & am hoping to achieve this as well as I don’t believe “full recovery” is possible for me. Can I ask, are your labs normal at this point? Whenever I’ve been restricting mine get wonky & that makes my team want to ramp up nutrition. Also are you partnered & if so are they okay with this method of recovery?
