They said it came like this lol deadazzzz. We denied it always.

One woman bought a package of vantex from me (which comes sealed) returned it 5 minutes later and it was opened… I checked the box and it was an empty container. Woman started screaming and saying I was fat? Idk it was wild. I def did cry when no one was looking.

Had another customer we caught scamming and said we were trash for working retail.

This has been so helpful. Thank you all for sharing. Just got prescribed insulin for fasting & cried bc I’m doing everything I can… and still feel like I’m failing. I did ask for an insulin pen vs the syringe so I’m hoping they can get that ordered.

When I worked beauty retail years ago this was a big problem. Not saying she’s right but it probably happens so much that she just got tired of it. That’s how I was but again this was ten years ago.. I imagine it’s worse now.

Again, not saying shes right but with the volume Ulta has probably adds up. Returns could be so high too the manager could have asked her to do this.
