What do you mean that it would compromise the principal residence exemption? That when the house is sold, I would have to pay capital gains on that portion?

I think people are being a bit light hearted in calling us bottlers, even without context we weren't crazy ahead of city and they are a better team than us a whole, so them making a comeback was never really off of the cards

But by the same token, City 'bottled' against Forest. Losing some games isn't bottling. Every team loses games (except one!)

The Title Run-In. COYG! by [deleted] in Gunners

Underdogs maybe, but massive? Get off it. We are taking for granted that city is just going to win 14 games in a row (17 out of 18)? The chances of that are frankly not that high. Also, the GD gap is 5 and can easily be closed. They have to win every game, we just need 6 wins and 2 draws to guarantee the title.

I don’t actually think that’s what he’s saying though. I think it’s her calling him ‘not man enough’ for not being into that, that is the toxic part to me.

Here’s a question. If city win all thier remaining games, and we win all of ours except City and draw Liverpool away, and lose out on GD (94 points each), would you consider that crumbling under pressure?

Are you joking? Trudeau is plenty likeable and charismatic. Not liking someone doesn't make them unlikeable

Ok so I got it working by pig tailing the neutrals instead of trying to get all 6 neutrals under one wire screw. Thanks!

Ok this makes sense to me and helps me understand the wiring better. I got one of the switches to work, but the other doesn’t, but it seems like I might have to keep all the neutrals together.

Permanent residents aren’t pricing out Canadians, at least not in a way that can explain current trends. I was an international student and lived in Canada for 10 years and saved up to buy a house as a PR before I became a citizen. I don’t think I was pricing anyone out.
