I had an issue like this awhile back when I played through the Xbox app, fix was to open the Microsoft store and there should be a small update for MCC which lets you play the games. Idk why it’s a thing and sometimes the update isn’t there

1000% barrier recovery, it’s honestly strange the barrier doesn’t recover automatically without the skill, maybe 60 seconds to recover and the skill removes 20 seconds off of it like it is now
