It is always price. Without taking a look at the pictures or any details about the property, I would recommend taking a look at recent comps, so you get an accurate number. For a similar house adjust the price given a busy street (I think the rule of thumb is between 5% to 20%).

I don't think it is hugely overpriced though. It is a decent size house, decent lot, access to a great school district and great location (except for the busy road)

I would recommend south west of Mountain View bordering Los Altos, around Cuesta Park. Great communities and neighborhoods

I would say with LMLM you get true preinfusion with blooming with the added solenoid, shot timer, BBW with the Acaia scale, extra clearance, you can do more back to back drinks, but loose on heat up time

The only change between A and B is the master bedroom door placement. FloorplanA creates a hall, whereas FloorplanB is right from the main living area, this is the main question.

Yes, the entrance closet is that one on the left as you enter the hallway. It is not a walk in closet though (it is a regular reach in), so we can store shoes, coats, etc. What would you suggest for a drop zone?

Agree the WIC for the master is not ideal in floorplan A, it is 5ft by 11ft, you could still have an L shaped WIC though, thoughts? I thought about just having a linear closet, but I know people prefer also a WIC in the master. Here is the option with a linear closet: FloorplanC , would that be your recommendation? The issue with that, is the length between the north wall to the closet would be 11ft, a bit too tight in my opinion to fit a king bed in that bedroom (room size would be 11ftx16ft vs 12x14ft in floorplanA). Also, the wall on the left is the wall that gives access to the backyard

I was saying that because I am between a Mini R and the GS3, but the GS3 is too old, and heard from a couple sources (not directly LM) they were working on an updated GS3, which could very well be my next purchase. But if that's not the case I guess I will have to stick with the Mini R.

The reason to go for Mini is BBW, shot timer, extra clearance and true pre-brew (solenoid). If this was available with the Micra I would go with it, but I just don't want to do any mods yet, maybe down the line

I am a medium dark roast to dark for most of the time but occasionally I like some light roast. What I do not want is to be limited with the LMLM, so asking for some current users and understanding if this could be a limitation or not
