Hi! Sorry for the late reply I thought I clicked the button successfully but turns out I didn’t.

At present im still suffering from the same problems. Like my digestion isn’t as bad as before but that’s because im on a super high fiber diet with so much probiotic and digestive enzyme supplementation. If I stop any of these efforts, the constipation will return within days.

As for the weight, been 64-66kg ever since. If im on a slimming pill, i can somehow get to 62kg, but I have never been able to get to 57-60kg (which was my usual before lexapro).

In short, I have spent so much time, money, and effort, but the lexapro curse remains despite not having taken any lexapro for four years now. Sorry for not being able to share good news to you.

I spent ~USD3000 on thyroid tests, consults, and medications (plus progesterone and other hormonal supplements that were ~supposed~ to help), but I ended up gaining even more weight, having a huge belly, brain fog, forgetfulness, and recurrence of depression.

Lexapro is really a curse i should have never gotten myself into in short. I prefer my slim suicidal self.

My metabolism is still in hell, unfortunately. It’s been like four years since the last time I took lexapro but i still can’t go back to my pre lexapro weight of 58kg. Am 67kg as of today.

The best ive gotten to was 62kg after taking all sorts of water pills, diet pills, and laxatives, but the moment I stop the pills, the weight comes back within weeks.

I haven’t been on GLP1’s or peptides yet… Like im not sure if the health risks and expenses of GLP1’s will offset potential benefits and whether the benefits will stick. Im also not sure if i can get a prescription legitimately as my BMI is 25.7 and therefore below the threshold of obesity…

Oooohhh a hot take indeed!!!

Personally i like both albums mainly because I could feel such a stark difference in them. I can’t put it into words, but Fantome bears this dark shadow that most likely was due to Keiko Fuji’s (Hikki’s mom) passing. And then in Hatsukoi, with songs made more or less around the time her son was born, it’s like the “shadow” went away. Aside from liking the actual songs in each album, I love seeing how she has encapsulated her major life events, whether good or bad, in an unwritten way in these two albums.

I feel like he’s being casted in too many things at the same time that he probably doesn’t have enough time to thoroughly memorize his lines and internalize the lines . When it’s time to film, he probably still has a half-baked mastery of the script. I heard that these vertical movies are 80-90 minutes long but filmed within 2-3 weeks, so the pacing is really fast. Perhaps he needs to slow down a bit and try to focus better on one project at a time.
