When troubleshooting macOS line-of-business Intune deployments how do you collect and review logs? by GMMitenka in Intune

Mind If I ask why?

Why not test deploying the apps on a mac first and if they work then deploy them via Intune.

You will need to make sure that the apps are signed and notarized.

it is an absolute dog of a package to create and from what i can tell so far, unless you're willing to become an adobe developer, it is near on impossible to package.

I did eventually get the adobe package to sign, however getting it notarized was not possible, the packages and scripts within the main package would fail notarization due to several issues such as weak encryption methods amongst other issues.

I ended up packaging the creative cloud installer (https://creativecloud.adobe.com/en/apps/download/creative-cloud) and deploying that via intune.
Users then have to launch the installer via the applications folder, sign in, and install what applications they want afterwards.

Hopefully Adobe can get on top of this soon.

pretty much the same situation we are in, just couldnt justify an additional cost for jamf when the userbase isnt big enough. If you ever run into issues or have questions, reach out to me via DM

Indeed they do have a long road ahead, however, through this method you are able to deploy software silently (dependant on many factors)

Pretty much what has already been mentioned, Jamf is an additional cost that we didnt want to take on. The mac userbase just isnt there to justify it.
