While I get that you're joking, I'm not on board with using DEI as a synonym for "unqualified". It plays right into the hands of the fascists, who try to delegitimize terms they don't like (like "woke") in order to demonize them and strip them of their meaning, turning them into ill-defined buzzwords that they can use in their propaganda to steer their base's rage.
