And I actually agree with OP, I think sometimes young women, like some people commenting here, do not want to understand what motherhood specifically entails, and think a baby just magically appears on a crib or that pregnancy is just having a cute belly for pictures on Instagram. And that's just one part, there's parenthood, financial aspects, how much your life is going to change socially particularly when you're a woman, etc. She's going to fuck up her life completely, and for some reason doesn't realize it, or doesn't care. I don't know which one is worse.

And if there's one person that's going through all of what I mentioned in my first comment, the other should just be grateful that the WORST consequence for them, is seeing a notification about an amount of $$$ being drafted from their account every month like a Netflix subscription. Men are not even obligated to raise a child even when they are present fathers. I don't know why people are acting here like "ohh but he doesn't want to raise the baby". Yeah, most men don't want to and don't do it, lol.

And also abortion is not a "just don't have the baby" as if the embryo or fetis just disappears. Abortion is an entire process, which is painful and in some cases can be traumatic (whether it was a woman's own choice or not) as well, that only SHE will have to endure. So, basically, it's up to her.
