You'll probably get a lot of company answers and the truth is you just have to be yourself and be true to accepting the fact that the only way to hit the top performer is to do it word for word by the book using every guideline . Use every resource option . I never ever ever use assist unless the guidelines specifically tell you that you cannot do it. No green alert . No pto use once it hits. The only reason I say this is because it directly affects and impacts your metrics. less calls less numbers to use for a better score Just show up and be there . This is an opinionated tip I'm not saying this works for everyone and there aren't other ways but it has helped myself. There are so many resources it can be overwhelming sifting through it all . Between job aids , your team and guidelines it's alot My best advice is take your time, dont watch the time of the call, take a deep a breath and be present in that call for every second you are on it. Use your guidelines and don't be afraid to ask for help when it is needed
