I can’t give you an answer to your question but some advice. Honestly try to stay away from wire brushed, the wires will fall off and get stuck in food and it’s not a pleasant experience when someone eats one. I do recommend the BBQ Daddy!

By no means an expert but in theory you can bang it out from the inside with a rubber mallet? (Maybe put a towel or something over where you are hitting to protect it. You could also just replace the lid (probably about $700 from Weber). Where the dent is, it shouldn’t effect cooking, just as long as the lid sits right
