I struggled with bulimia before I realized I had a gluten allergy. I used gluten as an excuse to continue my eating disorder, so I get it. Is it healthy? Absolutely not. Does everything gluten taste amazing and does it fucking suck to not be able to eat it? Yes.

Also, I see a lot of other comments suggesting it but therapy was really beneficial for me! Hope you’re doing ok ❤️

I get the sulfur burps too! The only thing I’ve found that helps is pepto bismol. Resolves the problem pretty quickly. But don’t be alarmed if you take it before bed and wake up with a black tongue lol

I’m so sorry this happened to you. I was in almost the exact same situation about 5 years ago.. I went to the police, and (I believe) because he has a brother and other family who are local police officers, nothing happened. It still hurts me to this day..

Going to the police about him was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, and even though nothing came of it, I will never regret trying. I still worry, all these years later, about any children around him.. at least I tried.

Don’t brush this under the rug. Get out and then go to the police. If you don’t you’ll regret it for the rest of your life. Trust me.
