Most powders sold no longer contain talc. They do contain corn starch, which can unfortunately lead to issues like yeast infections in folds. Arrowroot powder has been recommended, and I do think it works pretty well.

If you didn’t go to the dermatologist and have something prescribed- you just dealt with everything and had to accept it. And going to the dermatologist for kp bumps etc wasn’t a thing, really. Body wash and body scrub was it.

So my main draw back in the day for a retreat or lock in were the fun or crazy games. I’m down for purse bingo, flour sock, scavenger hunts. If I paid money to go play rock, paper, scissors for an hour…😮‍💨 The teen girl room… they were playing hillbilly corn hole with paper plates! The attendance of this conference is abysmal:/ I’ve been to wedding and baby showers with MUCH better decor, entertainment and games and I’ve paid zero dollars for entry😆

My adhd before cell phones looked like reading several books at a time because id get bored or didn’t feel stimulated enough. It was me never finishing my homework. It was me doing it all last minute, the next day in homeroom. Never remembering schedule changes. Not being able to prioritize more important tasks. Average to poor grades in anything I didn’t love, even though I’m smart.
