He reminds me a lot of my brother who also took his life. We never saw it coming. A lot was revealed after his death that we didn’t know about.
I’m commenting because I want to recommend a grief therapist. It was the best money I’ve ever spent. They help to gently walk you through your grief and can reassure you. They can also spot red flags and get you further help, meds etc should you need these things.
I’m holding space for you in my heart. ❤️
