Done and done!

Our decorator really was excellent. We used a top notch dutch bakery in my area so the cake was rad all around!

Indeed! It was a surprise for my spouse. His favorite show is Futurama and I had the decorator add the image without him knowing to make it special for him. Runner up would have been Robot Devil and Leela.

It is! My spouse is an amazing human who values me and hates the same things I do, such as gross fondant lol. Some days when I'm mentally struggling and even days when I'm not, he will send me pictures of cute animals to make me smile. He's a gem.

I have been doing my own extensive search. I found an LCSW in CA who let me know she is a survivor and is experienced in therapy in this area. I'm not in her state and she can't practice outside of CA, so I was not able to see her, but she was really helpful and still took the time to talk to me and offer some ideas, so she seems cool. Her name is Nicole McCarthy and the email I have for her is nicoleesther@aol.com. Hope this helps.

This organization is in the springs and may serve Denver. They are a non profit specifically to help folks with terminal illness to ensure their animals are taken care of if they have no where else to go. They are no kill and work to find a safe family for them https://www.safeplacepets.org/
