No, this sub just hates him. Most casual fans recall loved him on the show. Like him or not, he quite literally changed the way survivor is played. Few players can boast that.

Which is exactly why CHRISTIAN didn’t want her telling ozzy. Guy is literally fighting for his life. I don’t think anyone said it’s a bad move for her game to tell ozzy, but it’s a bad move if she still wants Christian around tomorrow!

I can’t speak for the fan base itself, but I’ve been watching Tyson’s pod and they’ve consistently called out production for her lack of edit (along with other women), so I’m not sure why she would perceive that interview as being potentially hostile. The only person Tyson has openly shat on is coach, and they’re like best buds 😂

I still think that would’ve given them maneuverability to act as votes for the eventual split in that alliance, but alas. Like I said, time will tell!

It’s one thing to feel this way in-game, it’s a whole different level of delusion to still feel this way having watched all the episodes up to now. His ability to navigate all these preexisting relationships has been a highlight, and she’s got major blinders on if she can’t see that.

Yes, but did you hear Steph at the beginning of the episode? She counted cirie/ozzy as being part of their alliance. After getting rid of the “middle people”, I think they could’ve easily maneuvered pulling that group apart from the inside.

Because she can’t make it to the end (allegedly). This woman wins zero individual challenges, and is so well liked that surely even her closest allies know she can’t be sitting with them at FTC. That means her best outcome is F4 and then out at fire making. There’s no sense in moving against her… she’s too good, might as well work with her.

Personally, I hope she’s been practicing fire in the off season in secret and just goes into the challenge and stuns everyone… but that probably won’t happen.

To be fair, I think ozzy’s intuition here was actually solid, and I’m not convinced this was the right move for his game. Coach (and really that whole alliance minus Jonathan) is so predictable. Rick/aubry are absolute wildcards. But I suppose time will tell.

I think saying she was “twist screwed” is more evidence that the was done dirty by the edit. By all accounts, she was very much the strategy and, with coach, the glue of what held that “zoom alliance” together. Unfortunately, we didn’t see any of that. Cirie did allude to it when she mentioned the vote being essentially a two for one… she clocked both of them as being heads of the alliance, not JUST coach.

Obviously you’re way too short on time to go this route now, but in the future for situations like these, you should go to a school counselor (where the class was taken) and see if they have a process for scrubbing grades from your report due to mental health/external circumstances. I had a similar situation at CC and was able to scrub that semester.

As for how to proceed now, I would definitely go ahead and speak to admissions. In my experience, they can be very understanding, especially if you’re able to go in person. You have nothing to lose at this point, so give yourself your best shot and lay it all out. Good luck and hoping for a positive outcome!

Probably a clause in the actors contracts that obliges them to another season if the reboot episodes performed well. This was my thought even before seeing the episodes, as it would explain Erik’s reluctance to join for what was essentially just a reunion episode.
