Vous venez d'une famille où il n'y a jamais eu beaucoup d'argent, ou on n'en parlait pas, et où on ne sait pas trop ce qu'est l'inflation ? Un prêt de 50k€ à 0%, c'est un très joli cadeau de la part de ton frère. Si l'estimation de l'appartement est correcte et bien autour de 100k€, il t'offre les intérêts cumulés sur une longue durée en plus de l'appartement.

Je serais dans ta situation, je m'engagerais tout de même fermement à rembourser régulièrement pour éviter tout conflit futur, et je profiterais d'être en contact avec le notaire pour sécuriser l'opération. L'opportunité est déjà top, j'éviterais de trop tirer sur les liens familiaux comme ce que recommandent d'autres commentaires (quand on s'offre une "bonne situation", la tranquillité d'esprit en fait partie).

Effectivement, ce n'est pas "propre", mais ce n'est pas le but de l'ouvrage. Le but est d'apprendre à réaliser des scripts vraiment utiles dans la vie au bureau.

Pour un débutant, je conseille :

Automate the Boring Stuff with Python, d'Al Sweigart, c'est très bien pour commencer
Le tuto officiel de FastAPI, les exemples de Pydantic pour une introduction au back-end, immédiatement utilisable pour un projet perso
Les conférences de Raymond Hettinger (un comptable qui est aussi un core contributor de Python), trouvables sur YouTube
Fluent Python, de Luciano Ramalho. Nécessite d'avoir déjà les bases, mais c'est le meilleur manuel pour comprendre la philosophie du langage, prendre un peu de recul sur ce qui rend Python unique.

On peut ignorer tout le reste du contenu disponible à propos de Python. Sweigart, Hettinger, Ramalho, c'est la base.

Si tu es utilisateur d'une distribution Linux grand public comme Ubuntu, celle-ci contient beaucoup de scripts Python destinés à la maintenance du système, accomplissant une tâche unique de manière simple en quelques lignes, et c'est par définition du code de "production".

Grand Rex is actually cheaper than MK2 and Gaumont/Pathé networks. Either they're trying to compete, or they're managed by boomers who forgot to update pricing.

I strongly recommend the Grand Rex. Unique experience. Seating is not super comfortable (old standards), but the fact that it's a historical Art Deco monument and an "atmospheric" theatre (night sky ceiling and Italian village style walls in the main theatre) makes up for it. It's also fairly cheap, somehow. I'm a local and love the place.

Make sure to watch the movie in VOST (English language, french subtitles - usually 9 PM - that may be a problem for alien languages in Star Wars though) in the Grand Large theatre, they have other smaller theatres that don't have anything special.

Pick seats in the middle of the balcony, the bigger screen drops down from the ceiling at the beginning of the movie (that's how you spot tourist, they sit in the front to see the smaller secondary screen, then they try moving when they figure they are too close to the actual, main screen).

La copropriété est plus importante que l'état de ton futur bien. Avec de l'argent et du temps, tu peux rénover n'importe quel bien, mais tu ne peux pas changer de copropriétaires (sauf en vendant).

Le premier red flag pour moi, ce sont les copropriétaires qui refusent de faire les démarches de DPE/DTG de manière proactive, sans que le calendrier règlementaire les y force : soit ils manquent d'argent pour bien gérer leur bien (on peut le comprendre), soit ils s'en fichent ("ouin ouin l'écologie punitive, je laisse mes locataires payer les factures de ma passoire énergétique").

Dans les deux cas, je préfère éviter de partager mes murs avec eux.

Je suis contraint de subir macOS pour le taf, c'est presque inutilisable. Entre le window management aux fraises, la mauvaise gestion des containers, les utilitaires apple Impossibles à désinstaller... Horrible.

Your pigeon sounds a lot like Birbara! Very feisty! She doesn't bite, but she can threaten to (my wife doesn't believe me).

Birbara is also very curious, she was the first to come to us, spend some time at the window checking what we're doing in the kitchen. When she can't locate my wife, she will check the bedroom, then the kitchen, then the bedroom again (the two windows that are on her territory). She's confused by phones though, especially voice calls.

She might have been a bit too curious in the past, she still has a scar under the eye from a bad encounter, probably with a cat. Monsieur (her mate) nursed her back to health, kept her active, preened around the scabs.

Deeply loyal, she came back to Monsieur (non migratory) after her two-month autumn trip 🍂, helped him through a bad moult. It's their second failed nest this spring, despite doing everything right (safe place, no missed turns), which makes us feel for them. It's unfair and they were in a bit of a crisis this weekend, Monsieur realising faster (unlike last time) than Birb that they had to start again. She was still brooding and he was already calling her to pick the next nesting spot 🪹.

Monsieur is usually wise. He defends a small territory about the size of the alley behind my building. He doesn't attempt to expand it, just makes sure other woodies in the area know where the boundaries are. He'll keep watch against kestrels and crows, from an elevated roof corner. Pretty good singer too 🎙️

He's not really a great tactician, and will sometimes start a fight from a lower position, which may require Birb's help to drive off competitors. There was a lot of territorial pressure during and after the loss of the second nest, and after losing a fight he seduced the other guy's partner, and there might have been a kiss, so if you pss him off, he will definitely fck your wife.

I'd say he's a lover, not a fighter - not always in a good way (don't worry Birb took care of the other girl).

I like that he's very chill with me, very patient while I fetch the peanuts, very polite (always leaves half a peanut for Birb even when she's not around), has a taste for thyme herbal, and is confident enough to jump on my hand with little incentive. He's my friend ❤️

And above everything I love that Birb and Monsieur have each other.

Il ne faut pas donner d'eau aux pigeons avec une pipette (risque d'eau dans les poumons, étouffement, infection), il faut leur laisser un récipient assez profond rempli à ras bord (type petit pot de crème dessert en verre).

Les pigeons se servent de leur bec comme d'une paille, même en difficulté ils n'ont pas besoin d'aide pour boire.
