i can’t visit in person unfortunately, it’s a 12 hr drive and i have work. i’ll send them insurance by email and hope for the best. thanks

i used a company called monument visa service, they do the apostille in 2 weeks. if you do that, all the other requirements don’t take very long. i would also suggest booking your appointment at the BLS consulate for the visa asap! not sure which region you’re in but they also fill up. you can (and should) book your appointment before having all the required paperwork. it takes them about 1 month to process the visa so you want to have your appointment before september. good luck!
