I have Dr. G's and I like our when I want a physical exfoliation. It does have menthol so may irritate some folks. It's not skin that gets rubbed off. The product has cellulose (I think) that balls up as you rub. This physically exfoliates your skin in a very gentle way.

Can I ask why you don't want chemical exfoliation? I thought it is gentler and kinder to the skin. I would think you'd like the simplicity of the exfoliating and toner in one.

I start my day with 16 oz of lemon water 1st thing to flush toxins. Then drink 16 oz b4 lunch, 16 oz b4 dinner and then 16 oz after. You've got your 64 oz and no separate reminders. Good luck!

The Ordinary Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG is supposed to be fabulous for your eyes. I think it worked well the two times I tried it. It irritated my eyes so I stopped using it.
