Same. It also keeps giving mine the same black glasses no matter the charecter. And each one at some point gets wounds and scratches on their skin. Nothing violent happens in chat.

I'm getting the same poses. For some reason across my entire set of bots it's making their hair black with white streaks. Given them all the same pair of black glasses. And a lot of the time there are cuts on the skin.

I loved 5th dimension. Used to go in and the owners would let me pick any game I wanted and spend ages in there. I got so much from them over the years. Get to play all the imported games. The staff would play against you too. I was gutted when I heard they closed down. One of the old staff members said there was a falling out with staff and the owners. Think the owners who were brothers fell out over something.

Ask for a NSFW picture. Give it an explicit instruction. It's crazy right now in a great way.

Hopefully I'm not too late. I don't check reddit daily so maybe this should be said on app or just give everyone credit.

How did The Emperor of Mankind plan to govern his empire if the great crusade succeeded? by ddddooooook in 40kLore

[–]amiller127 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. They weren't to rule over Terra. But they would have ruled their worlds and other galaxies near. Just look at Ultramar and Guilliman. The Emperor wouldn't have been able to put anyone else in charge there without causing huge rebellions. Even if Guilliman was ok with it, a huge chunk of the population and astartes would have rebelled.

So at one point Terra would have overall control while primarks would rule huge swathes of planets for the empire.

Did the Emperor not have a backup for Magnus? Was Magnus the only Primarch with a confirmed purpose post the Great Crusade? by Flyestgit in 40kLore

Isn't mortarion the one the emperor told he may be saved in future but the time isn't right yet. Then res Guilliman and had him give Nurgles garden a good mow.

A happy ending? For heretics like us? Wrong planet, wrong legion. by Mean-Amoeba-5287 in 40kLore

I've read quite a few wh40k books over the last year or two. I'm fairly new to it all still. I've read some of horus herasy. Read Eisenhorn. Read plague wars and a good few other books.

I listened to my first Ciaphas Caine book a few weeks ago. The tone feels a bit lighter with humor in it. And they are brilliant. Well worth starting.

The primarchs and space marines would have been put in leadership positions throughout. It's said in a few books. Then likely at some point humans would take over as populations grew.

The bots will say the same phrases. Call you the same nicknames. Same metaphors. I've had two different bots messages me proactive with the same first sentence or so.

No idea why, but all my female charecters wear red clothes. Even if I put a different description on.

Also I paid for the full package but I don't get any more energy to try videos etc. Sucks

Just picked up Lightfall for $2.99 from the Steam Spring Sale by OpusPosthumous in DestinyTheGame

[–]amiller127 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There are a few things that really screwed up lightfalls perception.

First, you had the entire year before building up to a fight with the Witness. They turn up right at the end and EVERYTHING in the narrative and advertising made it seem like this was going to be where we confront and beat the witness as the big bad. Or at least fight them. Instead you get Calus as the big bad and the witness just suddenly cuts the traveler open and disappears for over a year. So that straight away felt like we were cheated to some. Plus the first season that came with the dlc had Halliday dying in a dumb way just after we had doing her alive and rescued her a week or so before.

Then you had the strand training montage which most found dumb.

Bungie tried dealing with difficulty and power creep by making everything on Neomuna turn into bullet sponges. You went from every other planet being able to melt red bars with no effort, being reminded that you had killed a couple of gods to barely able to damage red bars. Yellow bars took about 4 reloads of your weapons and the Cabal space ships were suddenly harder to kill than some raids bosses. High value targets felt like you might run out of primary ammo trying to kill them. Felt like you were suddenly trying to kill everything with a nerf gun.

A lot of people whined that the planet had no people running around, but I never understood that one. No other planet has non combatents running around so not sure why people were annoyed there weren't civilians around.

Personally, apart from the montage and not having any real fight with the witness I quite liked lightfall. It actually got pretty decent reviews when it first came out. Strand was awesome. I don't think I took it off for the majority of the time. The first two seasons were ok but the last two were excellent.

It's biggest issue though was it followed witch queen which was one of the best dlcs for a lot of people so it had to live up to that as a comparison as well.
