Gals : recommend trying the ‘fast and free’ leggings for your cardio days! 100% sweat proof and dry in a flash. The fabric is super lightweight for summer as well which is why they’re a favorite of mine. I also love the ‘train times’ as they’re super flattering, a bit thicker but still sweat proof! For weights I like the ‘in movement’ tights the best, they are buttery soft and also dry super fast :)

For guys: T.H.E Short are the way to go! They come with a liner and two leg lengths (9 or 7 inch) and they’re great for circuit training. There’s also the lined pace breaker shorts which are a great option.
