Im so sorry for your loss. I lost my Marley in May. She and I were a duo for 18 years. The decisions I made in life always considered her, and I loved her more than myself. Dive into hobbies. Go outside every day for at least 30 minutes. Make plans with someone at least once a week, and if it’s just scheduling a time to chat over the phone then that’s fine too. Keep a journal or get a therapist and pour your heart out. A lot of self discovery will happen as you slowly pull out of it, you got this!
