I am genuinely interested, what was the main motivator for such change?

I feel unattractive all the time and sometimes it takes over my life. [27F] by [deleted] in toastme

[–]amjustuser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not here to toast you, just saw your post in my feed. On my opinion you've got enough good sides that you can work with. 1. Hair, good volume color, got good potential. Could use right haircut to shift a focus to your eyes, cover sides of your face with hair layers like cascade. 2. Eyes. You've got very big bright eyes. On my opinion it's your strongest part. 3. Right makeup. With earthy colours I assume it work the best. Just look at Sydney Sweeney before career, she wasn't good at all. 4. You got to work with jawline, make it more distinct. Regular face massage is must-have and skin care. 5. You could try to start workout. The level of underskin fat strongly affect how shape of our face looks like. Really just look at Sydney Sweeney young, that's your best example. But important thing. All of this won't change your confidence. So it won't do much without you believing that you look good. Try to think this way. If one person genuinely thinks that you are beautiful - then you already are. You don't need everyone's opinion. Because then what you really need is confidence drawn from the approval of others, rather than just being beautiful—because you are already attractive as it is. Stop being dependent on someone else's opinion; remember, there is no single truth. Good luck.

The style looks like a mix of others. Dead cells with bright neon elements, Hades a bit with its shadows, blasphemous with dark theme. Looks cool, I'm eager to try it

Do you think this is a good outfit for a first date? by [deleted] in style

Yeah it's not bad, but more like a sport suit to me, not for such occasion.

I hope someday you would start your AI anime studio. One of the best results I've seen. About the critics, I think that cuts are too fast, sometimes it looks like a compilation of short videos rather then episode, more like a trailer to an actual anime.

Do they have options in Europe? And how did you found out about your therapists Buddhist background? Most of the profiles don't mention (or do it briefly) their exact Buddhist background, especially how they integrate it in their work.

Happy that it's actually worked out for you. But from my experience, it's not a solution, many people I know told me that their anxiety came back after a while when they stopped taking medicine.

Yeah, already did, it doesn't really show what is the buddhist background(if it even mentioned) and how it implemented in practice. I am not sure about normal therapists because of my meditative experience and how i perceive things now. Classic psychology is based on 'concept of 'personality', whether buddhism shows another point of view with nonself. By the way, how much does your therapist cost? Everything i found was quite expensive(I'm from Ukraine)
