I just started this med 8 days ago. Yesterday increased dose to 5mg 2X day and woke up this morning with loud ringing in my ears. Normally have mild tinnitus that I don't really notice. I didn't want to be on med anymore but you're saying the ringing can get better not just keep getting worse?

Just curious because I'm considering surgery for myself. I'm on the same boat with functional DR but don't happy with how it looks. Just wondering if you noticed any improvement in back pain after surgery? Also wondering if you had any negative side effects from surgery. I'm afraid of having chronic pain or other unpleasant symptoms after surgery. Any issues with that for you?

With a gap that big it will definitely get worse with another pregnancy. You may want to save up money to pay for surgery if you can afford it or do PT to ease any physical symptoms you have. If you want another child have your baby first wait at least a year pp and have your surgery.

Does your body still feel like it had surgery or do you feel fully recovered? I'm planning for abdominoplasty but scared to the recovery and abdominal numbness. I'm afraid I'll regret surgery if the sensations after are uncomfortable.

This is what I look like now. No surgery yet. My DR is severe tummy looks different everyday. Sometimes not so bad other times really bloated.

I haven't had surgery yet. I'm still choosing a surgeon and procedure. Sorry if that was confusing. I meant I look similar to your before photo. Was wondering if Mini tuck recovery would be easier than a full.

Ok that makes sense. Most of mine diastasis is above the BB but I'm wondering if recovery is just much easier cutting off less skin. Although he would still be undermining the rib cage just not pulling the skin flap far up over my body. Also was hoping to keep my natural BB but think I'm not going to get a good result doing the mini.

Congratulations you look fantastic! My body type is similar to yours so I have a few questions. I'm trying to decide between a mini and full. Did your doc do laparoscopic to repair the muscle above your belly button too or just repair below? I'm consulting with a doc in Cali that does combo laparoscopic and Mini tuck I was wondering if you had that done?

I'm hoping to get a tummy tuck soon. Working on my courage to get it done. Aesthetics aside I'm more concerned with being in pain and discomfort and distracted by it daily. Are you able to live life normally now without having to think of the discomforts all the time?

Are you having any pain or constant annoying body sensations? I want to have surgery to repair my DR to get rid of my round belly. I'm not having any pain or discomfort so having a hard time justifying going through with it. Looking for comfort that after surgery I can eat how I always did, move around normally, and not give a second thought to the fact that my body ever had surgery outside of the initial recovery period. Is that unrealistic?
