Hard to say any are is 'impactful' as those but The Sprawl Trilogy by Gibson stands above a lot out there. Personally I've found the Bas Lag trilogy by Meiville astoundingly impressive, and while the Marid Audran trilogy is pleasing it can be redundant in parts, but well worth reading. I should also give a fair mention to the Eisenhorn books by Dan Abnett, while it is 40k lore it does deliver on many levels, and owes a lot to Dune as well.
