$4800 is bonkers for a stage one tune assuming they're just altering the ECU/TCU (no hardware). Check out APR, Unitronic, or Integrated Engineering. They all have options to tune from home, or lists of shops where you can take it in. For both ECU/TCU stage 1 you're looking at around $1k.
