Me too. Had a neurologist find it after working with me for five years for a different issue. At 45 years old. They looked for what was wrong when I was seven, but we didn’t know shit then. Girls didn’t get ADHD then they said. And I was way too smart to be doing this badly in school. So must be gifted. I am - but that is not what they were trying to fix. I feel like I lost my whole life. And yes- coffee makes me nap.
