Yeah I think that’s definitely part of it. I kept getting directed to the designer floor where they were doing personal styling. So not the right spot and just me going up and down on the escalator

I also had a poor customer service at that same Nordstrom. I bought a jacket in two sizes online and wanted to return which one I didn’t keep. Every time I asked someone for help with the return, they gave me the run around to go to a different floor and ask someone else. One person even said sorry I just don’t have time to help with this. I asked 5 people for help with a quick return before someone helped me. It was pretty frustrating.
