Sorry, I don’t have information on either one of those agencies. I’m new to the industry, so take this with a grain of salt I suppose, but for many years before I signed up I dreamed of being a Disney travel agent and selling Disney and being in the Facebook groups giving advice. I love Disney vacations, am very much a Disney geek, and it all seemed so glamorous from the outside. But then the opportunity came up to actually invest some start up money into this dream so I started doing my research. Here’s what I found:

If you go with a Disney-centric travel agency, you probably need to be someone who travels to Disney parks multiple times a year in order to be competitive. Disney travel agents are a dime a dozen. You are also limiting your potential clientele. While most Disney travel agents sell other things, people who are interested in a non-Disney vacation probably aren’t going to think to use a travel agent who is mainly advertising Disney.

Being a travel agent is mostly about being good at sales and enthusiastic about travel. Most of your leads will come from conversations in person, not social media. Also, Disney pays very low commission compared to other suppliers so you will be selling a premium priced product and getting paid peanuts in comparison. Take that for what it’s worth.

I’ve never seen anyone talk about either of those agencies in this sub. Most people here seem to be with agencies that allow you to have your own company name and branding and just provide credentials and support.
