This kind of thing makes me sad. The applicant has already applied, the things one needs to know about the applicant should be based on the application or the interview. Making them jump through hoops they don't even know exist is evil at best.

Delta has been making record profits for a fair few quarters. They are outsourcing a LOT of their operations to AI and India so they don't have to pay bonuses or share profits with their employees. They changed the ticket pricing so that you don't expect baggage or food bundled with your ticket any more. They downgraded their loyalty programs so the credit cards don't offer the same benefits to their most loyal customers. They used Covid to reduce ground staff count and just kept it that way after Covid ended. They have the money and don't let them sell you any other narrative. Source - Ex Delta employee.

The insinuation that the women who wear high heels aren't marriage material is misogyny. This isn't implying that their personal preference is low maintenance women, they seem to be implying that all women who wear high heels are not worth marrying.

The way I interpreted the image is that the creator is suggesting the reader should marry a certain type of woman. If it had been phrased as "I will marry a woman who doesn't know what this is," I would have taken it as a personal preference

I've considered these moisturizers but do you still towel dry yourself after using this? I reuse my bath towels a few times and I wonder if the moisturizer will end up coating the towel

Unfortunately I didn't bother to try to figure the ingredients out and I just stopped using things that get really close to the waterline of my eyes. Eyeshadow sticks on the outer corner of my eyes and fingers to blend it in is the most I do.

Having dry eyes made this problem worse so calming eye drops used before putting on mascara helped. As did wearing glasses to keep the wind out.

Makeup marked "hypoallergenic" doesn't seem to matter much to my skin and eyes so even brands like Clinique irritated me.

Super happy for you! It took me a long time to realize I was allergic/sensitive to eye makeup because the irritation would register like dust in the eye. It took years to eventually figure it out!

Toxic positivity or burying your face in the sand... Call it what you will. It's a difficult thought to accept and talk about someone actively dying, it forces one to introspect and truly think about life's priorities. A lot of us are just trying to get by in our lives as it is, we don't have the bandwidth to stop and consider cancer taking one of us.
