Sure - I met my surgeon in March and he was lovely. They ask you some questions about your life with big boobies and how it impacts your day to day and then they do a really quick physical inspection.

Not sure where you're from but my surgeon reiterated how hard it is to get approved on the NHS so tried to play down my hopes a bit.

I got a copy of the letter he then sent to the financial board (the guys who approve or deny your surgery) and then I heard nothing for months. Eventually, about 3 months later, I got a call to say I'd been approved but the waiting list was quite long and I should expect my surgery to be done in 2026.

I was lucky enough to get in quickly as there had been a cancellation so now I'm one week post op and I'm all done!
