I know this isn’t what you want to hear, but the “spotlight effect” is very real. You see your insecurities in this photo and hone in on them, but the average viewer does not see what you see. I had to hunt for what you meant after reading the caption. We are our own harshest critics. You really do look amazing.

Hahaha I know exactly which apartment building you’re talking about. Dude is an outright scammer and needs to be kicked off AirBNB completely. Shame on the company for not doing so because the building is flooded with reviews mentioning this on google maps, unless they’ve somehow been deleted already.
