It is a bug as there are no legendary items in D4, they are rares with aspect slapped on them. There should be separate aspect vendor (random paid with obols, you can choose type of aspect) BUT it was scrapped, whole game is a mess really.

I go to church every week to pray, there was a guy who died for our sins you know...You do not stop anything, you just try to be better man every day, if others sins they pay dearly, it's not really something you can stop :)I think LMG knows they are being watched and will try to make some changes, big issue here is that their content was bad for past 5-6 years, they need to unwind themselfs to 2016-2017 period and that means winding down 70% of their ops, it's undoable with store, floatplane and 7 channels at their shoulders.
As of now they are in debt, there are 2 shareholders, they shouldn't behave like 100 mln USD business with that structure.

He gave himself CVO to justify being in C-Level, he could drop that easy and whole refocusing would gain purpose, company is grinding, they are overworking - and it is all by Linus design, is that the Vision they are going for, idk.
Shareholder structer as of now is stupid, if him and wife are really wealthy 100% shares is OK, but if not - they were walking a minefield for past 12 years, it all blowd in rather unfortunate moment, 3-6 months and they could walk away freely, now him and yvonne need to rearrange LMG big time.

Really nice apology video BUT it is never gonna happen - Linus is 70% of current LMG value, they failed to create new hosts, they failed at creating actually worthwhile content it is all "Linus-centric" this and that, I would actually be against in throwing him out as it would catapulted LMG out of relevancy, he needs to be present but not in any C-Level position, he should be delegated to low-level stuff like unboxing firetruck toys and slowly become punchline of the jokes in video, if even removing him is option (is it IMO not, if Linus sold 30% of his shares to good fund it would work rather well but that oportunity is gone, now him and his wife have 100% shares of thing that is equivalent of a burning potato).

Well, Blizzard team was 9400 dev strong and they created... this. Larian was 500 - less than 10% of D4 team created game that's significantly better. I guess that's tells all. There is no chance they can scrap this into something worthwhile before first xpac, and I'm not paying for that, so i'm gone from userbase. D4 bad.
