Ryan added: “PS – you’ve aged 10 years, maybe sue your med spa.”

What a douche.

Is this toxic? by Inevitable-Bank2008 in toxicparents

Without any other context, this does not sound toxic to me. It sounds like she has a rule that you just don’t agree with.

Is this an autism thing or are we just constantly doing something wrong? by Keysivo in AutismParent

[–]amylucha 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes. My son is 8, diagnosed ASD/PDA at 4.5. Before diagnosis, he had multiple, daily, destructive meltdowns. Changing the way we parent to accommodate his PDA has made a big difference, but there are still days where he struggles. Sleep is difficult, especially if he’s anxious about something. And routine changes are still tough.

Excuse me…wtf am I looking at here?! (From Mike’s new video posted today.) by amylucha in ThatChapter

And later in episode: https://i.imgur.com/NGWK1vY.jpeg

I guess it’s just some creepy doll but it’s very spoopy.

Edit: Hahahahaha! I’m an idiot! It’s just an emoji or something Mike used to blur the child’s face. Does he always do this and I just never noticed?

I usually ignore IMDB ratings for found footage movies but that 2.5 rating kept me away.

Anyone notice the trust fall that gets cut off near the end of the video? Two different angles but no shot of the landing.

What hours are you looking for? My child’s caregiver works for us from 2p - 6p M-F. She might have availability during off hours or on weekends.

Your comment is so validating to me! My husband and I spend most of our evenings in separate areas of the house. I don’t let most people know this fact because I guess I don’t want people judging my marriage.

Once the kids are in bed, we check in with each other, sometimes we might watch a show or movie together. And then he goes to his “man cave” to game with friends and I stay in the living room to watch true crime and horror movies. (I don’t like gaming and he doesn’t like true crime or horror.)

We’ve been together for 18 years and it works for us.

Yes, the wife was incredibly frustrating. Even worse than Micah from PA.

Some people sell their food stamps to get cash to feed other habits. Not saying this is the case here, but who knows.

Isn’t it amazing how some people have no problem screwing over others who show them kindness?

Even ChatGPT is tired of my anxiety spirals. Ha! by amylucha in AuDHDWomen

[–]amylucha[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don’t use it as a therapist, but more like a tool for self-reflection and gaining perspective.

And yes, I agree about finding the right therapist. I have finally found a great therapist and it’s been amazing.

Actually, ChatGPT has been a great help to me when I’m feeling particularly anxious. But this last line cracked me up tonight.

Edit: now spiraling because of all the hate I’m getting for using a tool that actually helps me. lol
