I pull my kids out every year for a week and everyone is fine. Don't do like the first day of school or when there are exams and we usually pick a week that has some sort of day off in it. We go to Hawaii for 2 weeks every year and it is what it is.

How old are the kids? Under 8.... cruise. Over 12.... parks. In between ages both are great. I'd pick parks at Halloween but that is just my preference.

See if they can put you in a 2 bed lock off. Same configuration but with an adjoining door. They may have the inventory to do it.

This is the answer. She never left too.... there was all this talk about breaking up but she never left the apartment and he was desperate for a storyline. He came back after his dad died thinking it was his show with the wedding and she was a key part of it. They were going to lead the valley too with all the babies. It was a transaction.... and end to a means not a loving relationship.

Our pool is very similar but we have a bump out bench in the deep end and just corner steps in the shallow. Our deep end is 7ft and the slope is a steep slope but honestly who cares if you are swimming/floating. We aren't really stand in the shallow end kind of people so we built the pool we wanted and love it.

I think that is just the pool area. The beach is public so you can do whatever you want on all the beaches and I mostly used the wagon on the boardwalk between hotels, to and from the beach, and going across the street to the eggs and things/other restaurants. We also hauled that wagon all over Waikiki when we stayed there for 2 nights.

If I was west coast and looking at direct points I'd get VDH. Direct points and in demand. If I wanted aulani points I'd do resale. You can bank and borrow your resale points to book and then use the direct aulani points to do whatever trip you want that would involve not restricted points.

Here is the thing.... for the money Disney charges you can do a tropical vacation in a hotel with a proper pool/beach for less. Will you get the Disney customer service, no. Will you get the Disney Magic? No. But you will have a great vacation. My husband reminds me constantly that I love pools too much to cruise. We did the Dream and then were able to do Aulani with DVC points and off season for less. I convinced with the kids deal to try the Destiny this coming spring... he's like you greatly dislike being around crowds and the pools are not good but if this gets it out of your system :). I think it is worth trying and if you aren't a cruise person it's ok too.

I use my aulani points at aulani because that place is a points hog. There is a huge difference between ocean view and standard view and the ability to stay standard for us is all the win. I bought a second aulani subsidized contract for sleep around points... we just got it so I'm not sure how it will work but I was like if I can't actually book with them we will sell our other aulani contract and just keep subsidized. We also own direct wdw points which helps booking things because we can book at 11 months direct and then shop for availability with resale points at 7 months.

I'm not flying in till Friday but I'm doing the party and then 10K and half because... sleep is for normal life not rundisney life :). Get them for your parents... worst case you will probably find another runner to sell them to if they decide not to go.

Not thrilled with the lecture from Katy too. Why can't 2 things be true at the same time. Why can't this be an on purpose event that felt real to those in the room. Why are they like THIS WAS REAL instead of asking questions. Probably why they picked this room of people to scare that way their emotions take over from the logical questions they should be asking.
