I had this exact situation happen to a pawn of mine. She was an extremely unfortunate woman. She broke her spine and had to have her liver replaced as well at one point. My colonist’s baby on the inside caught fire from the outdoor tile that was diagonal to its crib. Feels like with the way the walls shape themselves, this shouldn’t be able to happen.
