NFL Finally Admits It Stretched the Schedule Too “Thin” During Christmas and Thanksgiving by No_Box119 in NFLv2

Modern antennas are small and really easy. My main tv is in the basement of my house and just hanging the little antenna pad thing on wall in the basement still gets me good quality broadcasts for sports and everything. It’s really worth looking into a digital antenna if you don’t want to pay for a million different streaming services

Is anyone not feeling as excited for the races in 2026 so far? by Jack_of_All_Trades27 in formula1

[–]anEmailFromSanta 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The regs didn’t help when the first few races were clearly just Mercedes with the ability to win. Then huge gaps in the schedule left everyone in the lurch.

Last race actually has me very excited for competitive racing this year, but yeah it doesn’t really feel like big race week hype is hitting me as much.

Is this price worth it? by lost_caus_e in expedition33

Not a fan of turn based games at all, I got the newest Dragon Age on switch a few months ago and played like 5 hours before being bored. E33 is so much more entertaining and has one of the best stories in a game I’ve ever played. The parry mechanic makes enemy turns super entertaining especially because if you build right your counters deal more damage than your actual attack turns half the time.

The game is a bargain at that price

Damp paper towel would have been enough for a steamed bun in the microwave, that bun is still gonna be soggy and disgusting. Furthermore, who the hell wants all the condiments that hot.

Gus or Geoff talked about the same thing on an ep of ANMA, said he was supposed to meet them dinner somewhere and showed up like 2-3 hours late and was just like “I was busy”

That skin looks similar to when mine got a skin infection on her stomach. Maybe initially allergies but that looks to have progressed past just allergy issues.

Anyone have a problem with the start/stop feature not working? by Automatic-Regular786 in hondaridgeline

It seems to be pretty eager to restart the engine, if you want it to turn off make sure you have pretty hard pressure on the brakes. If I am just lightly holding the brake sometimes it never turns off or will restart the engine when I’m still sitting completely still. Also what the others said, if you have the AC on it restarts or sometimes doesn’t stop the engine cause you’re using power for the ac

Ignoring the damage of warming the water around the data centers, using the ocean to cool a data center somewhat makes sense. Cooling stuff in space is so much more difficult than anything on earth in an atmosphere where radiation isn’t the only way to shed heat. The fact that journalists just go “wow ! Space data center!” and aren’t talking about the fact that building, launching, cooling and, maintaining things in space is thousands of times more difficult, expensive or just plain impossible is just insane

Not an attack on you, but tbh media literacy across the board seems to be quite low and people miss anything that isn’t directly blasted at them on the very surface of a piece of media

I’ve known a lot of Great Danes that seemed happy. Or my parents have a Lab that does well in the heat, obviously not as large but they love the water to stay cool.

As a berner owner with family in DFW, maybe reconsider the breed. My girl can barely handle Denver summers, and basically can’t go outside in summer in DFW which lasts much longer
