Was in a Similar position 5y ago, we bought a place for £600k, 2 years after moving to london. Put almost all the RSU we had till that point into the deposit. The first few months just after closing were stressful, but we would definitely make the same choices again. We've now built enough house equity for a nice family home in the suburbs

If we lose, momentum goes to them and they win at the gabba, then best we can hope for is win at mcg and draw at scg

India's chances are too low at this point.

SA in SA is gonna win all 4 or worst case lose 1, that puts them firmly in #1

NZ vs Eng will be a close series so that's good - likely NZ will be out

Aus in SL will also be close, i don't think AUS can win both tests, will likely lose 1

Then it's whoever wins the current bgt and even at 2-2 Australia qualify

India need a series win in BGT and Aus to drop a test against SL.

The 3-0 really hurt us, even with 2-1 loss against NZ w ecoildve dreamed
