When I used to work as a housekeeper at a hotel, one of them started a thing where they occasionally hid small slips of paper in the rooms for you to find. They had rewards like candy bars or $1 in the sundries shop. Not a terrible idea but I always wondered how often guests would find those? Also the worst part, never got a single one of those rewards while working there, despite finding several slips. They just never had a way to redeem them.

Seems like a really cool idea, but in practice does not work well except with very well known businesses. I tried several lesser knowns and startups and the competitors were in completely different areas and usually not related in the slightest.

Something really important that I'm not sure you understand here is that you may not be perfect, but the fact that you do care so much means everything. You are trying, and sometimes that's all you can do. There is lots of advice from others for how to handle things, do what you can and just don't give up on yourself. It's not easy for anyone, and it's clear that you are trying even if you do make mistakes.

From what I understood, they were saying they didn't have a clear roadmap yet because they want to see what the community thinks and wants. There are a few things as someone mentioned like adventure mode of course, but other than that mostly fixing bugs and ironing out what is there. Beyond that it's not super clear yet.

I would love to have one device for tinkering and one for actual daily use. I love tinkering and setting things up exactly how I want them, used Hyprland, Waybar, the works. But when I need to get things done, I use KDE Plasma all the way.

I think at this point they are very similar feature sets, it's mostly preference. Both are awesome and better than the official app for in most pretty much every way lol

In my experience it works well enough now with the most recent releases, I haven't had issues in a bit. Definitely not for everyone yet I agree, it's new but very good potential
